Shipping and Returns

We really hope you love your items, however, we do understand if you are not satisfied with your items. 


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. Items returned within the 14-day window, will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. 

Items must be returned in unworn new condition with original tags attached. You must also include the receipt, shipping label, or proof of purchase with your return.  

Steps to complete a return:

1. Please email us at to request a return. In the email, please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. 

2. When approved, please ship the item(s) back to us with any shipping courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit. 

3. Once we receive the item(s) and inspect them, within a couple of business days, you will receive the full amount paid for the items back onto your original payment method, minus the shipping cost.

If your item was sent back to us after the 14-day window, we will reject your return and you will be required to pay the return shipping cost to get the item(s) back to you.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect and check all items thoroughly before shipping them out. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Orders can also be picked up. Schedule an appointment via email at and we will send you pickup instructions. 

Silk and Petal co. is not responsible and will not be held accountable for stolen or lost packages after our tracking information says that items were delivered to the address provided.
